Lindsay has over 10 years of experience working in the field of advocacy, with employment in the justice system, higher education and the financial services industry. Lindsay began her career clerking for a Superior Court judge and then worked for the Attorney General’s office representing the Division of Child Protection and Permanency. During her time in higher education, Lindsay served in various roles all supporting the advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently, Lindsay supports investigations with the largest US financial services industry, where her focus is race discrimination.

Lindsay received her law degree from Western Michigan Cooley Law School, where she was an elected senator and appointed executive board member of the Student Bar Association. For her efforts, Lindsay was awarded the Fitzgerald Student Award for her dedication to the student body. Lindsay received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology from Ohio University, where she also received a full Division I scholarship for women’s basketball. Lindsay attended Springboro High School, where she has since been inducted into the Hall of Fame for women’s basketball. Lindsay is a native of Ohio, where she resides with her husband, Jon, who is a graduate of Earlham College where he played basketball and tennis for the university while studying History. The married couple adopted a Fabulous Flunkie from 4 Paws for Ability named Penny and are expecting their first child in December.
